t all starts with proper planning. This includes coordinating and setting all parameters according to customer requirements in various space and usage areas, such as temperature, relative humidity, or air exchange rate.
After designing the various components, we provide our customers with a proposal. This includes central ventilation units, control units, and central chilled water technology, among others.
Implementation &
Handover
We offer comprehensive overall project management. In this role, we coordinate and organize the substructures in the field of refrigeration and ventilation technology (including insulation, steel construction, electrical work, process water treatment, fire protection). We also take care of all permits and inspections by central monitoring authorities, the retrofitting of technical rooms as legally compliant installation sites for equipment, as well as the installation, provision, and connection of refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation technology, and their supply lines. After comparing customer parameters and conducting a joint inspection, the systems can be successfully handed over. Naturally, there is also training on operation. A detailed plan outlines service and maintenance requirements.
